Armed robbery is unbelievably out of control. I think it is time for Ghana's Parliament to activate the Death Penalty for such violent and ruthless criminals in our society.

We have a situation in Ghana where the Police cannot fight armed robbery in the broadest sense. And of course, when these armed robbers are apprehended and sent to the courts, they're either given very soft sentences and subsequently come out and continue their criminality or escape from prison with the help of the prison officers.

Surely, enough of the talk about human rights of these criminals if we're serious as a nation to tackle armed robbery.
