  The body may have been dumped at that location after her death. All the sex workers in that area must be very careful. It could be a serial killer on the lose or another election year killing spree for ritual purposes

  IGP. Please we want you to look into the raising or promoting Officer Atsu Mabel whom I observed whilst I was in Ghana on two occasions of her respectful and customer servi e oriented behavior of officer Mabel Atsu. Just read about her on the the arest of a culprit who killed and send urry his brother secretly and Officer Mabel was a principal witness. Long live IGP and Long Live your gallant and policemen at various checkpoint. I tri e in Accra at night and respecful manner the check point officers sometime stop and ask me " are you ok" and never demand anything from as it was before. That is also to applauded and commented. I like the standard of High Morale the exhibit. Encourage them. Ghana will be a peaceful place. Crime has come down drastically as I have been reading. Good job officers ant the IGP. High Morale pays.
