I think you got things wrong. Salaga is not the northern regional capital, but Tamale is. However, Salaga is the regional capital in East Gonja. Salaga hospital is regional hospital responsible for towns and villages around East Gonja area. So the use of the word "regional hospital" does not mean its is the regional capital's hospital.
Second, journalist used "Dagomba electoral" area. It does not mean Salaga is a Dagomba Land! Just like it is in Kumasi(Dagomba line), Tema(Dagomba line), and other major cities in Ghana, there is an area in Salaga called "Nguwan Dagombawa". The journalist referred to representative for Nguwan Dagombawa area that is zoned as the Dagomba electoral area.

Having said that, if the new is true, it must be condemn with all force. We will track down this guy and be sure he faces the law. Salaga is a conservative religious town.Such things are not welcome.

In the ministry of health/Ghana health service hospitals have levels - thus district hospitals which are primary level hospitals, regional hospitals which are secondary hospitals, teaching hospitals which are tertiary level hospitals. The reference to salaga as a regional hospital is wrong irrespective of the context within which the journalist used it. On a more serious note I thought the journalist would've made some attempt to talk to hospital authorities to find out if the guy was really a nurse and what disciplinary actions are to be taken.

OMG: Another criminal act coming out of Salaga in the Northern region! This is how I will make the north if I have the will:

1.Group all dagartis at one region preferable the Upper West Reg.
2.Bring frafras, Grusi, and Kangeri from Bolgatanga to join the Upper West region to form the core Upper regions.
3.Now, we group people from Tamale and Bawku in a separate region to have their way.

People from Tamale and Bawku are uncivilized and act criminally all the time. Their activities led to people from the south labelling people from the north as violent. The above tribes mentioned (dagartis, frafras, grusi, kangeri, sisala etc) can live together in peace and progress very fast. However, people from Tamale and Bawku are the most violent people in Ghana I have ever seen and also heard of.

Because Husbands are sometimes prevented from going to theater. During labor other midwives or Dr may be around so there's likely accomplices and intention to commit such crime.
