  How could a man not be deranged to shoot a human being to death over GHC130? Life has become cheap in Ghana for years now because homicidal maniacs get away with their heinous crime. Armed robbers are on the rampage everywhere because it pays. Rich countries can beat the drum about human rights because they can afford to. What about the unfortunate victims of this crime? There have to be deterrents to stop these senseless murders. The only effective deterrent is the hangman's noose.
