This story is bogus,its a fabricated story just to fool readers.How can the girl be sixteen years old yet she is in class five.A security and another person tried to stop the police officer and yet he had his way with the girl.So it simply means that they stood there and watched whilst he committed the act.Thirdly what is actual rank of the police officer because you are giving us two conflicting ranks for the same officer.FUCK YOU AND YOUR STORY.
