Should someone want to know the department in Ghana Police Service who extort money the most, I will tell you that it's the PIPS. The go about incriminating their own subordinate and threaten to cause your dismissal if you don't give them your two or three months salary. What a wicked Department? if am not lying, those are suppose to be witness have all been contracted and will be paid accordingly.
The senior officers are too WICKED WHY? If any of these prosecution team are not guilty of the offences, they should go ahead and damage the young suffering boys. Posterity will definitely judge all of them.
