Why didn't the Burkinabes register during the first phase but on the second phase, and but rather after the day, the NPP Reg. Chair who has been a very disturbing thorn in the flesh of the NDC bent on bloating the register, was ostensibly caged?
Were they perhaps thinking or had somebody told them just maybe, the NPP Reg. Chair was going to be caged as they put it, for 48 hours thus setting the stage for bloating the register senseless and getting their name on the register was now or never? Why did they bolt and where did they go? Were they not going to register or had they not been told to register and that they satisfied the constitutional requirement? So why were they bolting?
