  I am surprised by the Americanisation in the Ghanaian media of our beloved English language. We were a British colony and taught the Queen’s English and now we see spellings such apologized when the right spelling should be apologised.
  
  Someone should do something about this trend before we lose our official English language and start writing or speaking American.
