HE SHOULD SPEND NOT LESS THAN TWELVE MONTHS IN PRISON. THE POSSESSION OF GUNS IN PUBLIC SHOULD BE STRICTLY CONTROLLED IN GHANA. WE DON'T WANT TO BECOME LIKE SOME OF THESE WESTERN COUNTRIES.

I am just wondering about the Ghana Police knowledge about firearms.

The weapon mention here is just an air gun so I will suggest much research much be done in this case before some innocent soul is send to jail.I am wondering even if does know the pistol he was carrying was a just a an AIR Gun. Please check on YOUTUBE for the this information. The lawyer for this guy must do more research work on this case.it seems the police, the lawyers and the Judge has no idea on the verification of firearm at the end of the day it is an AIR GUN not a real gun and it is just a replica
