  So he spent two and half years on remand and he still got sentenced for a year?
  So if he had not spent two and half years earlier, how many years would he have received.

  Justice delayed is justice denied. Your Ladyship, if the accused had already spent 2 years on remand, the time spent on remand, should form part of his sentence so he should be released from prison. Someone should get Georgin ...
