  Oh what a shock? I think it is time to begin burning the arm robbers like Nigeria use to do. The police should be wearing bullet proof before going to hunt suxh dangerous robbers.

NO WONDER HE GOT AWAY....On May 27, 2016, police received a tip-off that Kingsley Owusu was hiding in a building at Asofan, near Ofankor, and proceeded to the place with intent to arrest him.
  
  Corporal Francis Aballo, who joined the Service in 2007 and believed to be one of the most hardworking policemen in the region, and his colleague Corporal Anaba were part of the team detailed for that operation.
  
  Around 6:30pm, police personnel got to the place and upon seeing the police, Kingsley Owusu purportedly opened fire on them and in the course of the fire exchanges, a bullet hit Corporal Aballo.
  
  His colleague, Corporal Anaba, was also wounded so he slipped and fell to the ground.
  
  The said armed robber, according to information, managed to escape arrest.

And we must all know that every armed robber is a 100% killer, they don't see human as human. it's dispointing our presidents don't have the balls to sign instant death sentence for robbers after the court has declared so. The last time they were even debating if ghana should have death sentence or not; sometimes i'm tempted to believe our leaders are fools esp with this kind of debates.

What goes round comes back again because these are the very Ghanaian police officers who will arrest robbers or serious criminals, jail them for a while and later release them to move about in street freely. The only solution to any social vices in our Ghanaian society is to hang publicly any criminals including any officers or politicians who will embezzle public funds or assets. Period! The fact is that criminals don't feel pity in bad act, so, nobody should feel pity for them, too.
