  I think the police offices should not say that 'Take them to the hotel' I think he need to warned those who engage, or working as a prostitute to stop doing it.

If you give your girlfriend money without a strong need then you're a patron of a prostitute!

  I agree with you. However, are most of the sex worker educated? Do some of them have trade school experience? If not, the government should create basic agriculture school for farming. They could process whatever crops are produced and sell the finished products. In addition, they could sell some of the harvested crops tho market women. I have many ideas for the government to help put sex workers to work. Thanks

  prostitution must be legalised, lincenced and regulated by requiring prostitutes to do medical check every six months or 1yr to maintain their licence. must be part of the requirement to assent to always using condoms irrespective of the financial enticement. the police can then hunt for those without lincence!
