  i think this issue should be treated as purely domestic without the law courts, but that silly husband-father must bear all the blame!and the girl friend & partner made to sign a bond of good behaviour-preiod.

  I don't see this as stealing since the two are aware of the circumstance which led to the Taking the child and madam Asheley had made her intention known to the mother. It is only Asheley took the wrong step or approach.

  Just because she owes money doesn't mean u ve got the right to take away the baby ... what would have been her response had something happened to the baby whilst in her custody ...
