Right, it is not the only solution but not everybody buys that.
The question is, how stupid can these ladies be,why not ask that person why he is not living abroad,if you are educated to that level why is it difficult to know there is no second in command of Ghana Armed Forces,how difficult it is to know that the Chief of Defense Staff is the head followed by the other service commanders, nobody is ranked as second in command?
Even some of us who don't live in Ghana know that second in command is only used in the various units but these girls sat there for this fool to fool them to take their money after sleeping with them, even a lunatic will not do that.
With technology you can also go online to look for these schools without any fool who may not even have the education you have coming to fool you,sleep with you and on top of that take your money,somebody who does not even know where the embassies are or where even the airport is.

Govt. has limited vacancies as far as employment is concerned. It is the private sector that ought to employ more..
Graduates can start their own business ventures and employ their fellow graduates too.
