  I wish the policy will understudy the western style recruitment process and adopt same. At least contract the senior Ghanaian security men/women who are working in most of the western countries to help.

  They are ndc Yaw Boateng police. These guys in the ndc are lazy I tell you if even Ghana is turned into heaven they will still steal. No serious person will ever join that party a party whose founder branded them of having 60% of their officers as thieves. It has never happened in the history of our country where police officers are armed robbers, only during the time of cabals in power. Ghanaians made a mistake by listening to criminals and handing over this nation to them. I salute the army commander who dismissed those ndc footsoldiers enrolled into the Ghana armed forces where they rebelled against authority. Ndc footsoldiers hate to work their career is to steal, smoke wee and misbehave, you can turn Ghana into paradise they will still cause trouble because they hate to work but love to take what doesn't belong to them with force, hence their government is stealing with impunity and teasing Ghanaians with their JM Toaso nonsense. Akronfuo, the Bible tells us to work before we eat, so stop the armed robbery when you get jobs. Disgusting people.
