ADU GYAMFI---- ----- When NPP were in government for 8 years, they had GHC20 billion from loans and taxes. They developed the country well with this GHC20 billion. They introduced the Free Maternal Healthcare, National Health Insurance Scheme, National Youth Employment Programme, School Feeding, Metro Mass Transit, Livelihood Empowerment Against Poverty. They paid the teacher training allowances and the nurse training allowances, all from the GHC 20 billion. Within the eight years of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), they have had GHS248 billion but have collapsed the NHIS, the National Youth Employment programme, School Feeding Programme, Metro Mass Transit, nurse training and teacher training allowances. WHICH OF THESE PARTIES HAS HELPED GHANA

Do we have a precedent in Ghana that gays and lesbians when found are to be arrested? Then the Police should comb the various girls schools and boys schools in the country and start arresting students involved in the act.We are in the 21st Century and these days you hear of Priests who declare they are gay but are tolerated by their Churches. Sexuality issues are very sensitive issues and the country should tread cautiously.

At 19, this boy is an adult and should know better but if this teacher confessed to sleeping with young boys who are his students, then the police has every right to arrest him. Child abuse cannot be tolerated in any society.

I'm not an advocate of GAYISM however there's no way one should bring out his personal desires to work. Quite deplorable. The LAW should demonstrate this as an example for those practicing such act at work.

Ghana's constitution provides citizens with basic human rights. After the legal age on consent, 16 years, citizens may consent to sexual relations in the privacy of their home.

What consensual sexual acts they perform is protected from police arrest because there in no breach of the peace, no victim and a man's home is his sanctuary for entertaining a guest.

To violate this right to privacy by arresting a person for their sexual practices in the bedroom warrants a formal complaint and investigation by the Commission for Human Rights and Administrative Justice. The CHRAJ has an on-line portal for reporting unlawful discrimination such as this case.

The only disciplinary issue that may arise is when any teacher has sexual relations with any student at the school where he or she teaches.
