Journalist: The heading of your story is misleading. If, according to your own story, the thieve was taken to the Police Station alive, then he was not lynched. He was merely beaten; not killed. If he were really lynched, he would have died from the mob beating and, still better, from hanging. Get a good dictionary and check your words before using them.
