That's fair sentence for an act he confessed to. I'm sure it's a defilement because the victim wasn't forced in to the act, she was lured into doing it willingly.

my question is, what about the men who impregnate girls of 12 to 16 years? is that defilement? and who's supposed to arrest those men?

again, what about the parents who force their teenagers to marry, is that aiding in defilement and or rape?

does the govt analyse the culture, attitudes and behaviors of ghanaians?
