  It is unfortunate that the people we trust and have kept our monies are now stealing the little we have suffered to work for. This theft is also common with Barclays Bank Ghana. Deceased persons' accounts are emptied by staff of the Bank. The Barclays Bank at the University of Ghana emptied my fathers account in 2010 after his death, all efforts to trace the account failed, it is a shame.
