THE USE OF COMPETENCE IS NEEDED HERE TO ARRIVE AT THE REQUIRED RESULT, I BELIEVE SOMEONE CAN PLOT SUCH DISGRACEFUL ACT AGAINST SOMEONE JUST TO TARNISHED THE IMAGE OF THAT PERSON.
