  I think the judge is very wrong. It seems the judge did not want the truth otherwise the actual age of the girl could have been obtained. The girl's primary school records or medical report could have brought out the age. Now ...

The girl's primary school records or medical report could have brought out the age. Now what happens to Hayford who was convicted on defilement when the judge did not know the girl's age.
