I do understand you but you have to bear in mind that this poor barber did not just wake up from his house to the court, im sure he was locked up for days in police cells before been transferred to the court for prosecution. ...

The law must be changed to allow medicinal hemp oil. It is now legal in many countries due to its proven ability to help certain conditions like epilepsy.

And in relation to recreational use of smokers' hemp, the law should be changed to allow police to seize and destroy the herb but remove penalties for possession.
