The most important question to ask and seek answer for is: IS THE SAID BOY USED FOR THE RITUAL ALIVE OR DEAD? That neighbour must be identified and verified whether his/her son is lost.

Without this fact (piece of puzzle), the pathetic case at hand can't be discussed at all. These comments or queries aside, I tend not to favour the slaughtering and processing of pets like dogs and/or cats. If people want delicacies, they should be looking for other meats.

May be we have to refer the case to Mr. Anthony Abaayifa Karbo for his comments. He had suggested at an appointments hearing that production and processing of dogs could be a possible 1 district-1 project program under the NPP government. They better make Madam Kokro a consultant on the project.

As an America-born, once in Ghana, I remember a Liberian refugee lady, whom was attacked because her clothing shop far out-sold the local Ghanaian women sellers around her store. If I can remember, even her shop was burned down?
So in Ghana, when it comes to doing business and suddenly you gain big success...all can bring unseen problems as well.
True too, people do still, in this 21st Century, sell other people into death for success in money matters.
Here's the icing on the cake:
Regarding mindsets, look at how "outsider Africans" are being attacked in South Africa? Then move over to India and look at how Black Africans, seen as "outsiders", are being attacked in India.
