  An unemployed 25 year old man roaming through a town is likely to be tempted by an unattended bag or item at the risk of losing his life to a lynch mob.This same person who may have spent countless hours watching pornographic movies online is likely to be driven crazy by his uncontrollable lidibo to force himself on any woman or girl.This person is hardly a criminal who couldn't be stopped.Do you know that most crimes in Ghana like this one are crimes of chance/opportunity.Over 95% of crimes in the country are not organized.All we need to make our country virtually crime free is a strong deterrance of a police presence/patrol.May be there is an excuse for our economy not been strong enough to provide jobs for all our citizens yet but there is no such excuse for not been able to provide adequate police protection in our country.We have the people and the resources so why don't we have adequate police services?

  When will some parents stop sending their young children on lonely errands especially at night time?
  The situation in Ghana is different from 30 years ago and it about time some careless or reckless parents recognize this and adapt to a protection method. Our young children shouldn't be expose to dangers.
  As for the fool--he deserves 30 years or even more. He chased the poor girl, robbed her, kidnapped her, assaulted her sexually. His track record too is very bad so he need to be put away for good.
