  Its defilement because the lady is under 16 but if the guy is denying raping the victim, them proper investigation must be done. It must be proven beyond reasonable doubt b4 he is convicted in court.

How then is it that this girl is pointing him out for having done the thing and no one else? Mind you, he did it three times and the girl could not have mistaken him.

  The young man broke the law plain and simple, a person under 16 cannot by law consent to sexual intercourse, be it mutual or otherwise.

First the story made reference to 'defilement' and not rapee. The position of the law as some commentators have already tried so hard to explain to some of you is, it does not matter whether a young girl under 16 years consent to sex, neither does how long you have been chopping her. The big deal here is the age limit so be careful bros.
