  The objective is noble, but your project is too ambitious and vague. You ought to focus on a specific aspect of health care for a specific region of the continent. Even if you had access to a few trillion dollars, and the entire healthcare resources of the United States, it is doubtful you will make a significant impact on the overall quality of healthcare on the African continent.
