There is a saying that satan gives work for an idle hands. Ghanaian should not waste their precious time on this NDC party that the people of this country after they have told everybody that they have made Ghana heaven threw the party away. Indeed these people are funny as their incompetent leader who all the time make himself so low to entertaine us by teasing Nana Ado that when I called for debate you falled to come and you have gone to Peace FM and making 'I rish.I rish rish rish rish' so it is not suprise for his decendants to behave like this. Ghanaians let us pray for the leaders for God to give them strengh and Gods given brains for them to deliver whatever the Abotrehene has for the entire Ghanaian populace. Kukrudu! eshi rado rado rado rado

You have just demonstrated how stupid you are. The issue of substance in this publication is whether the minority erred or not. Mr. Nyarko has spent time in the publication to educate ignorants like you about the US antitrust laws and you are still behaving like a foot soldier. As someone working with a US company we are made to sign antitrust laws each year and is clear to me that this deal should be investigated by the US SEC. Go and read more and get out of your stupidity

Nyako's bogus analysis in law and fact. The issue of jurisdiction of D.C Court is note even ripe. Conflict of Law is an ethical and not Contractual issue. The request for legality of the Bond issuance will be affirmed by US SEC. Did Ofori Atta personally gained from the transaction or undue influence on the part of FT? That will be the issue before the SEC.

I nearly went along with your opinion until I contextualised the key issue, which is whether US SEC's regulatory oversight is triggered by the NDC's allegations of insider trading and conflict of interest considering that Franklin Templeton is incorporated in New York? Putting aside the name calling, what is your opinion on it ? I am your student.
