The guy is too timid, slow, undynamic, uncharismatic, with no sense of urgency. He is preoccupied to be loved by everybody and in that process he is unable to lead with firmness. It is so frustrating to live under Mahama's leadership. Ghana is moving at a snail pace when compared to countries like Ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania, Senegal, Burkina Faso, Botswana, and Namibia. The little improvements that we have seen in our macroeconomic indicators are largely due to the hard work of the Finance Minister and the Governor of the Central Bank of Ghana and not due to the input of the President. Mahama's own initiative of 24 hour economy is at a standstill. So far, we have not seen any sign of a 24 hour economy in operation. As Joseph Yamin rightly said there is so much indiscipline in the country due to poor leadership. Honestly, I can not wait to see Mahama leave the scene in January 2029. He is not transforming the country as expected.
