I am now convinced that the with withdrawal was just a ploy to prolong the proceedings. Appiah Kubi withdrew just before the ruling and returned immediately after the ruling. What a joke!!!!

So why exactly did Appiah-Kubi draw from Wontumi's case? It is very glaring that Appiah-Kubi's withdrawal was a calculated attempt to delay the case arbitrary and prevent the ruling on the case.
