My Lord I did not had sexual intercourse with her but my dwarfs who normally bonk her during spiritual cleansing, this is revelation by a 57 year old Nigerian native doctor Alhaji Amadu Fuseini, who appeared in Techiman circuit presided over by Justice Michael Kujoe Ntumi.
The Techiman circuit court has however, remanded him to Prison custody to reappear in court on 14th November 2011 for definite hearing. He was charged for rape. The accused whose plea was not taken as the docket has been forwarded to Attorney general’s department for advice.
Presenting the facts of the case to the packed crowd court, Police Chief Inspector Amponsah indicated that the accused is a native doctor who migrated from Nigeria few months ago and sojourned in Techiman Municipality.
According to the prosecutor, some time last month the victim who has been experiencing severe headache several years which led to high fever approached by accused with promise that he could use few weeks to heal her.
Chief inspector Amponsah stressed that, the native doctor demanded accommodation since he is alien to Techiman. Desperate to find a lasting solution to his beloved daughter’s sickness, the Prosecutor said, the victim’s father allocated chamber and hall apartment at his residence for Alhaji Amadu Fuseini and traveled to Takoradi.
The Police said, Alhaji Amadu Fuseini allegedly convinced the poor girl that her perpetual sickness in the work of evil spirit and that the spirits has built their tent at her private part which needs spiritual cleansing so she come to his room with her nakedness.
Chief inspector Amponsah revealed that, the accused person warned the victim that, she should open her legs to enable the dwarfs to demolish the devil and dared not open her eye to see them else she will die.
He added that these acts have going on so many days and that the old man has been taken advantage of the girl’s ignorance and sexually assaulted several times under pretest that the dwarfs were in serious business to clean her spiritually.
Chief inspector Amponsah noted that on Friday 7th October 2011 about 1.00 pm, the accused started embarking on his alleged spiritual cleansing with hot, powerful and romantic sexual escapade after taken sexually enhancement drugs, the victim who could phantom how dwarfs can make real sex opened her eye and lo, and behold, Alhaji Amadu Fuseini busily bonking her.
The Prosecutor said the accused warned her not to disclose anyone else he kill spiritually but the victim did not kowtow to his threat narrated her ordeal to her father who reported to Police for his arrest and after investigation Alhaji Amadu Fuseini was charged.
Alhaji Amadu Fuseini, told the trial judge Justice Michael Kujoe Ntumi that the dwarfs had sexual intercourse with victim but he only inserted his fingers into her vigina aimed at dismantling satanic tabernacle in her womanhood.
