'Fadda Dickson called Medikal to apologize while MzGee is still unapologetic' – Shatta Wale

Following the contentious interview on United Showbiz, which led to a public dispute involving MzGee and Medikal, Shatta Wale has revealed that Fadda Dickson Narh, the Managing Director of Despite Media Group, reached out to Medikal with an apology.

In a conversation with Afia Schwarzenegger on TikTok, Shatta Wale shared that Fadda Dickson also requested Medikal's patience regarding the incident.

MzGee, the host of UTV's United Showbiz, has been under fire for probing into Medikal's personal affairs with Fella Makafui, overshadowing his successful O2 Indigo concert in London.

Shatta Wale and Afia Schwarzenegger, close allies of Medikal, have been vocal in their criticism of MzGee, engaging in a social media onslaught against her.

Moreover, Shatta Wale criticized MzGee, using strong language, and implicated her employers, Dr. Osei Kwame Despite and Fadda Dickson, in the matter.

However, Shatta has now indicated that Fadda Dickson took the initiative to reconcile with Medikal, expressing regret over the situation, despite MzGee's apparent lack of remorse.

“Fadda Dickson called MzGee to apologize but did not allow MzGee to render a public apology. MzGee has still not apologized. That is what they do and the public will not know about it. With what MzGee did, she should’ve issued a statement to beg Medikal but Fadda Dickson called backdoor and was talking to Medikal to be patient with the situation. Why should he be patient?" Shatta fumed.

Afia Schwarzenegger added her perspective, criticizing the common practice among media houses where their leaders apologize privately for public controversies while the involved parties remain unremorseful.

“Meanwhile MzGee is sitting on Instagram running her mouth. They will tell you sh*t and when you react their bosses will call you behind the scene and apologize. All the media houses do this.”
