Beverly Afaglo was a Ghanaian actress
Popular Ghanaian actress, Beverly Afaglo, has been confirmed dead.
The unfortunate news was announced on social media on Sunday May 24, 2026, by her husband Eugene Baah popularly known as Choirmaster or Praye Honeho.
Sharing the painful news online, the grieving husband described Beverly as his “strength,” “happiness,” and the reason his life felt complete.
“My heart is shattered beyond words over the death of my beloved wife Beverly Afaglo. You were my strength, my happiness, and the reason my life felt complete. Every moment with you was a blessing I will cherish forever,” he wrote
According to him, Beverly’s death comes just days before her birthday, making the loss even more devastating for the family.
“It would have been just like four more days to your birthday, but I guess the Lord wanted to celebrate with you,” he added.
Choirmaster also promised to continue the dreams and plans they shared together, saying her memory would remain with him forever.
“I promise to take care and continue everything we planned and started. Until my last breath, you will remain in my heart forever,” he stated.
He further paid tribute to his late wife by describing her as a legend and labelled the day a dark one.
The heartbreaking announcement has since sparked an outpouring of condolences on social media, with many fans and colleagues sympathising with the bereaved family.
