Jackie Appiah throws surprise party for Salam

Popular Ghanaian producer, Abdul Salam, on Monday, walked into a business meeting, which turned out to be a surprise birthday party for him.

The CEO of Venus Films, who produced popular movies like ‘Beyonce’, ‘Princess Tyra’ and ‘Heart of Men’, celebrated his birthday the same day actor John Dumelo also celebrated his.

The party, according to a source, was organized by actress Jackie Appiah who was not in the country at the time of the party which was held at the Moevenpick Ambassador Hotel.

It is unclear how much was involved in organizing the bash but it was a token to wish Salam a happy birthday.

At the event were Kofi Adjorlolo, Kalsum Sinare, Frank Artus, Kafui Danku, Hajara, Hajia, Mohammed Wasiru and a few of Abdul Salam’s friends.

“I was invited to a business meeting and it turned into a surprise birthday party,” Salam said about the party.
