Gospel Musician, Joyce Blessing has said she is happy her boss Nana Appiah Mensah, popularly known as NAM1 has won his court case in Dubai, as she was praying for him.
Speaking in an interview with Robert Akwesi Aquah (Dr Kay) on Nkran Kwanso on Accra 100.5FM on Wednesday, 10 April 2019, the I Swerve hitmaker said: “I thank God for NAM1. I’m so grateful and I’m happy because we also supported him with prayers. There was nothing we could do for him than to pray.”
“For me, it was all prayers and I thank God for making it happen this way. So, I’ll be dedicating the new song Victory to him; may God sustain his victory for ever,” Joyce Blessing added.
In 2017, Joyce Blessing signed a four-year contract with Zylofon Music label owned by NAM1.
On Tuesday, 9 April 2019, a court in Dubai dismissed a case brought against NAM1 by Horizon Royale Diamonds DMCC in connection with an alleged $51 million gold deal that went bad.
NAM1 has been in the custody of the Dubai authorities since November 2018.
