Here she is, married to that wonderful man, but it just seems like a movie with two parts. The part one which was dating and courtship was so exciting but part two which is marriage, is so boring…
Husbands, wake up; I am tired of hearing ‘Have you seen a politician campaigning after he has won an election?’ Well the politician might not campaign again but has some promises or work to do. If you have this old mindset then you will be like the incumbents who just lost their seat to the young ones.
The kind of marriage you want is achieved by the effort you put in. Love grows, people come into marriages with hopes and expectations, as the head, you have to steer this.
Compliment your wife. It’s sad to see married men complimenting single ladies outside yet they fail to appreciate their wives at home.
Treat her like a baby, don’t let her lack anything, make her fall in love with you over and over by doing the things you did when dating.
Don’t go chasing the sexy looking single lady because your wife has given birth and has lost that. Exercise with her.
Have better eating plan for your family, let your wife be proud of the effort you are putting in to make her look better. Shopping is good but not enough, take her out for a walk, movies, beach, dance, etc.
How is your sex life? Is it boring? Your desire for sex sometimes results in intimacy but your wife’s desire for intimacy often results in sex. So go ahead and spoil her with love first.
