  Relationship or Marriage is give and take, as a wife, you shouldn't just sit there and expect your husband or boyfriend to treat you the way you prefer to be treated. It works both ways. It comes with a lot of challenges, my advice to every woman is, you have to find something that excites you to do, even if you are a House Wife, to take off your mind off your Partner for a moment. He lives with you so why do you want to see him every minute of your life? Go out with your friends sometimes and have a me time. Allow him to do the same, that really keeps the Candle lights on between both. Don't just sit there and let go of your body, try and fix yourself, dont think that you've already got him so you don't need to do anything any more, trust me the competition with the outside world beginswhen you get marry. If you look good, then you don't need to feel insecure, because when you look good and confidence, there's nothing to be afraid of. The same thing goes with your significant other also. It gets interesting when both are busy and yearning for each other. Even the little time you both can get to be together is like you haven't seen each other for years.
  Going back to high school relationship is like imature kids, you are adults now, you are there for each other, in sickness and in happiness. You've got to support each other, for encouragement and mostly Trust each other, and have a long and healthy friendship.

Some of you have become social commentator who go out looking for fault with everything good just because you don't belong to that party or the person is doing better than you.
  
  What you wrote has nothing to do with the context of what the Counselor said.

  Have you forgotten Conditional love? You telling the married woman to go out with her friends and same with the man, which friends? Singles friends or married friends?
  
  Are married friends not busy and how many married friends does she have? The friends which are available are singles and you are encouraging that?
  
  Marriage is a boat which needs three passengers, husband, wife and God. The more passengers you involved, it sink. For people have influence on others, Kofi's marriage is different from Yaw's marriage.
  
  Stop creating confusion here. Counselor Adofoli is right and if you don't agree, go and burn sea!

  who said its only women who needs to be pampered? Some of the women don't respect their husbands how can they be treated like queen. After marrying them, they thought they have arrived.
