Actress Kisa Gbekle has said she is not surprised Menzgold Ghana Limited has collapsed because she foresaw that happening long ago.
Kisa, in an interview with NEWS-ONE, said it never crossed her mind to invest with the company.
Although the company used some major celebrities as its brand ambassadors to advertise its operations, she indicated that she found no reason to invest because the percentages promised customers were too “good to be true.”
Menzgold Ghana Limited has shutdown operation since September 2018.
Last week, a bench warrant was issued for the arrest of all directors of the company for failure to refund clients’ monies.
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Menzgold, Nana Appiah Mensah (NAM 1), has been trending on both social and traditional media circles since the warrant of arrest was issued.
Earlier reports indicated that he was arrested in Dubai by security agents over an alleged fraud case.
A number of Ghanaian showbiz personalities have been cited among those who lost their investments to Menzgold Ghana Limited.
But, Kisa is certainly not one of them.
