Kwasi Kyei Darkwah aka KKD has disclosed that the rape charge leveled against him in December last year has affected his personality positively.

KKD who was in the news months ago for allegedly raping 19 year old Ewuraffe Orleans-Thompson in a chat with Hitz news over the weekend at a fashion in show in Accra said the accusation has not tarnished his brand.

“It has affected the brand KKD positively. People have become kind to me, people have become more embracing and I think another thing that it has done for the brand is, it has redirected the energies of the brand towards those who wants to help us soar.

No matter how good you are, no matter how brilliant you are, there will be those who will be your detractors. You can’t focus on those (detractors), you must focus on the good things that you can do. The good contributions you can bring to the society and get on with it.

After all my son is 21, my girl is working for Tom Ford, my daughter is 19 now and she is a second year student at the university studying political science and international relation and I have restored them. In life it's only three things; you want to please your God, you want to be well and you want to be happy and I think I’m on track”.

KKD walked a free man after the state dropped the rape charge against him. Watch comments from Ghanaians about the rape allegation against KKD.
