Media Personality, Nana Aba Anamoah says Dancehall and Reggae Artistes, Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy patched up on their own volition insisting nobody pressurized the two to smoke the peace pipe after their infamous public brawl.
According to Nana Aba, the two music icons were already hungry for peace and harmony, and as such there was no hesitation for them to repair the fractured relationship between them.
“Shatta is my good friend and every time I speak to him, he tells me he’s willing to meet Stonebwoy for fruitful chats and same for Stonebwoy. So we just needed the right time and the right place for it to happen. And we’re happy eventually this happened. I give credit to Dr. Abban who offered us his home and hosted the two musicians", Nana Aba told host Kwaku Owusu Adjei on Anopa Kasapa on Kasapa 102.5 FM.
The senior editor of GHONE TV, Nana Aba Anamoah facilitated the long-awaited unity between the two musicians in collaboration with one Dr. Kofi Abban.
Feuding dancehall artistes Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy finally triggered the processes to smoke the peace pipe days ago after a brawl at the 20th edition of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA).
The two popular Ghanaian musicians were arrested two weeks ago over a brawl on stage during the music awards. The Police are investigating the immediate cause of the near-violent clash that ensued between their fans at the event.
Shatta Wale on Thursday released a photo on social media indicating a behind the scenes development to smoke the peace pipe.

The court also cautioned them to be of “good behavior during the pendency of the case” before it, a statement from the police said.
They have both been charged with offensive conduct while Stonebwoy has an additional charge for displaying a weapon in a public place without permission.
The two dancehall artistes pleaded not guilty to the charges. The case has been adjourned to June 20, 2019.
