Odo Broni breaks down at Daddy Lumba's grave

Odo Broni, the estranged widow of late Ghanaian Highlife legend Charles Kwadwo Fosu, popularly known as Daddy Lumba, has become a topic of discussion on social media following the first anniversary of the musician’s passing.

Over the weekend, the family of the late Highlife icon held a one-year memorial ceremony to honour his memory.

During the ceremony, Odo Broni, one of the late musician’s surviving spouses, was seen at Daddy Lumba’s graveside shedding uncontrollable tears.

In a video that has since gone viral, Odo Broni tearfully called on the late singer to clear her name of allegations linking her to his death.

According to her, she has endured emotional distress and intense public backlash over the accusations.

“I am suffering. Papa, while you were alive, I was never at loggerheads with you. Papa, you were the only person who knew the truth because, when you were alive, you told me that if not for me, you would have died a long time ago.

“You even told people how good I was to you. Papa, please clear my name. I am crying at your grave because I have suffered,” she said.
