The ongoing search for the mysteriously missing Hiplife musician, Castro and Janet Bandu, although there seem to be no clue to locate them alive or dead at the Peace Holiday Resort in Ada since Sunday, July 6, 2014.
It appears that Black Stars Captain, Asamoah Gyan together with Castro and some friends had gone to Ada for a weekend getaway, and when the incident occurred, the captain and the remaining friends did not just wait at the Peace Holiday Resort for the police alone to embark on the search for his missing friend Castro, as perceived.
Sources in Ada and some pictures available to Peacefmonline.com indicate that the Ghanaian striker and his crew actually took part in the search for the musician and his lady friend on a boat ride on the Volta River; hence their effort to support the search team, but they returned to base without any sign of Castro or Janet.
Asamoah ‘Baby Jet’ Gyan checked out of the Peace Holiday Resort in Ada where he has been lodging for the past five days after Castro and his lady friend, Janet Bandu’s tragic disappearance.
Manager of Peace Holiday Resort, Mr. Paul Sasu revealed this on Peace FM’s Entertainment Review show on Thursday, July 10, 2014.
According to him, Asamoah Gyan and his entourage including his elder brother, Baffour Gyan; Manager, Sammy Anim Addo and some family members among other friends checked out of the resort on Thursday.
According to eye witnesses, Asamoah Gyan looked very worried, and he was seen with his hands on his head with a face just like when he missed the penalty in the 2010 world cup.
Attempts to take photographs during the operation even though it was a public place, saw Asamoah Gyan’s security personnel quickly approach anyone they saw or suspected taking photos with their phones and forcefully deleted them because they had high hopes of finding Castro and Janet alive.
However, the pictures above were secretly taken while Asamoah Gyan and his team were on the search operation in Ada before they finally moved to Accra last Thursday.
