RECIPES: Try this ginger and garlic stir fry this weekend

Use garlic and ginger to spice up your stir fry. They are high in vitamin C and have many medicinal properties

½ pound boneless chicken thigh

4 tbsp Sesame oil

1 medium ginger, grated.

5 clove of garlic, minced.

1 small red onion, pureed

1 small yellow onion, sliced

MAGGI Chicken tablet

1 large carrot, julienne slices

4 assorted bell peppers, julienne slices.

10 French beans, halved.

1 large zucchini, sliced.

Preparatory steps

In a small bowl, pour in the chicken thighs, add MAGGI Chicken tablet, stir and cover with a cling film to marinate for 10 minutes.

Heat sesame oil in a wok over medium heat, add marinated chicken, garlic, ginger, onion puree and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Add carrots, french beans, and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Add onion, assorted bell peppers, zucchini and stir-fry for another 1 minute. Adjust MAGGI Chicken tablet to your taste.
