The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the National Entrepreneurship & Innovation Programme (NEIP), Kofi Ofosu Nkansah, has taken a swipe at popular Kumawood actor Kwaku Manu over his antics in support of the party.
In a Facebook post on Friday, November 22, Nkansah addressed a widely circulated video on social media that depicted Kwaku Manu dressed in NPP colours with a "DPP" inscription, encouraging Ghanaians to vote for the party, hinting that failure to do so might lead to election manipulation.
This display did not sit well with the NEIP CEO, who has requested that the actor stop "misbehaving" while wearing NPP attire and refrain from actions that could cause public disaffection for the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
"Those who know Kwaku Manu should tell him to stop misbehaving with NPP colours."
"He has every right to support any party of his choice, but we won't take such mischief from him," he posted.
