Accra, May 7, GNA - Fight ensued between two members of the Accra Metropolitan Assembly on Thursday during the process to confirm nominees for the position of Mayor and Presiding Member. Mr Derrick Adotei Myles and Madam Comfort Awenya exchanged blows after the former had passed a comment to which the latter disagreed with. During the brawl, colleague members jeered the combatants while others cheered them on. They were later separated by other members. 7 May 09
