I must say that, we may be too tired, without being aware, this is because we may not experience tiredness immediately in the morning after a night sleep. However, always remind yourself about the hectic schedules the day(s) before. For instances, if you have been actively involved in some preparations towards an occasion, such as wedding, funerals etc.

When you wake up from bed, sit on the bed for sometime before taking a few steps. When we are awakened from sleep by a phone call, we speedily rush from bed to look for where the phone might be. It takes some moment before the blood circulates properly after sleep, so take precaution, respecting your age.

Travelling also heightens your tiredness or BP. The tiredness may be latent, but remind yourself that since you have travelled that distance, you are definitely tired. And for drivers who are on a long distant mission, it is advisable not to expend energy in packing stuffs before taking of, otherwise you may dose off because of hidden tiredness.

It is good to drink few glasses of water when you wake up from bed.

Finally, when you are alone at some place and time, be very extra careful, and have your phone close to you, to make a emergency call to someone when you in distress and the grace of God has empowered and given you the opportunity to do so.

It is also enriching to spend a moment to have a quiet time with the Lord, by at least, reading a text in the Bible, and pray with thanksgiving to begin the day because it does not belong to man to order his own steps, for by our daily acts of gratitude we are ministered by angels, and if we pass on, we may do so with assurance in Christ who is the RESURRECTION and LIFE.
