Nobody has a concrete evidence but as a country u can’t just sit down for things to be happening over and over without any investigation.let me give u typical example, there was a time, some American citizens(women ) were going to Mexico to get BBL because they realized it was way cheaper in Mexico than in the USA..The fact is most of them end up dying right after they came back from their trips from Mexico..so does it mean Americans didn’t have enough good hospitals? The answer is No..as a serious country, they did all their investigations and found out that most of the Mexicans hospitals doing the BBL have substandard doctors and facilities..so they end up cautioning their citizens not to visit Mexico for BbL..that’s how a serious country works..not in Ghana here, look how people are attributing her death to spirituality..there is no concrete evidence but As a country when something happens over and over, the best thing to to is to investigate

Let's wait for the Autopsy report. It will tell us the cause of her death. I personally suspected, she had Stroke. l guess she had High Blood Pressure. But was not treating it Correctly.
