  This is a very good starting. You people should try to maintain a nice relationship. After all you cannot predict what will happen to anyone of you tomorrow. Bear in mind that, none of you will carry a pin or pesewa into your coffin. You will leave everything to some one to come and waste it. So what is the meaning of the grudge. Forget and move forward.
