  Let's be clear: "Chalewote Street Art" is not a festival. It's a yearly street event. "Homowo" is the actual festival, and it should be referred to as such. We need to stop calling "Chalewote Street Art" a festival, so we don't confuse the two. Mantse Aryeequaye deserves credit for organizing the event, but we cannot call it a festival in the ancestral sense. It's time to rename this yearly event, and we need to do it now. Thank you.

  This case certainly is not over yet
  Obrafour and Mantse should come to a compromise, he cannot claim sole owership for a project done by both of them. Mantse should find an experienced lawyer

  It’s quite clear that even though Manste may have a case , his legal representation failed him. He was thrown out for inconsistencies and breach of court rules and not on the substantive issue of intellectual property right ...
