Hajia can promise to repay the restitution imposed by the court, but you can rest assured she will never repay the bulk of that restitution, for she doesn't have the money. She without a doubt squandered that ill-gotten loot on her lavish lifestyle, thinking the end will never come. Her accomplices used those millions to buy luxury cars that they shipped to Ghana for sale, and very likely invested the rest in real estate across Ghana, in other people's names, of course.
