The bulk of that loot had already been laundered away in Ghana, never to be traced. Hajia can promise to repay the restitution imposed by the court, but you can rest assured she will never repay the bulk of that restitution, for she doesn't have the money. She without a doubt squandered that ill-gotten loot on her lavish lifestyle, thinking the end will never come. Her accomplices used those millions to buy luxury cars that they shipped to Ghana for sale, and very likely invested the rest in real estate across Ghana, in other people's names, of course.

And you definitely are right, Karma is the only remedy that crooks like Hajia deserve. She can pretend to be happy in her cyber bullshit presentations, but deep inside she must be an empty shell with no human qualities or real happiness.
