  IF GHANA IS A SERIOUS COUNTRY HER ASSETS IN GHANA SHOULD ALREADY BE UNDER FREEZE - FOR FURTHER TRIAL IN GH- AND IF FOUND GUILTY HER STOLEN WEALTH BE GIVEN BACK TO THE PEOPLE SHE AND CO DEFRAUDED AND THE REST TO THE STATE.
